Child’s Voice opened its doors in Roscoe Village on August 19, 2013.

The Early Intervention Program provides services for children with hearing loss from birth through the age of 3. Therapists can begin working with families as soon as a hearing loss is identified.

This exciting location allows more families in the city of Chicago to be served and gives their children with hearing loss access to a listening and spoken language education. During the early years of a child’s life, the brain is at a critical stage for language development. Our family-centered speech, language, and aural rehabilitation services along with today’s powerful hearing technology give a baby with hearing loss the same opportunity to learn to talk as a baby born with typical hearing. Our program places emphasis on giving parents the support and tools needed to make listening and spoken language a part of their baby’s daily life.
