Woman with blonde hair in a pink blouseNancy has been a Teaching Assistant in both Primary 1 and Primary 2 for 12 years. She assists with many tasks such as prepping materials and language samples as well as assisting in classroom instruction.  In addition, she assists students with fine/gross motor skills,  center/play time, personal care, playing safely during recess, and assisting with bus duty.

She began her career at Child’s Voice in 2008.  In addition to her Bachelor of Arts degree she has certificates in Paraprofessional and Substitute Teaching.  She and her family volunteer at Child’s Voice’s fundraising events and her son built the Butterfly Garden as his Eagle Scout project.  Her family also volunteers at the local food pantry, schools, church, and nonprofit organizations. Nancy loves to be outdoors riding her bike, playing badminton, or taking walks with her dog Sammy.
