Poetry – Celebrating National Poetry Month

Did you know that April is National Poetry Month?

Children love reading and listening to stories that incorporate rhyme, rhythm and humor.  Poetry can be very motivating for children and can be used as a wonderful tool to build reading fluency, vocabulary and comprehension skills!
