blonde woman in blue jacket standingAs a speech-language pathologist and early intervention specialist, Katy provides speech, language, and listening therapy for children ages 0-3 and their families.  Katy sees families in their home, through teletherapy, and provides in-person sessions at Child’s Voice within the Toddler program.  She started work at Child’s Voice in June 2021 but has worked with children with hearing loss since 2020.

Katy has an undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Rockhurst University and a Master’s degree from Fontbonne University in Speech-Language Pathology as an IPEI Graduate Scholar. She worked at Desert Voices in Phoenix prior to moving to the Chicago area and coming to work at Child’s Voice.  Katy is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).

Katy is a coffee connoisseur, enjoys new places to eat, and loves dogs.  She also enjoys spending time backpacking/hiking, lake walks with her corgi, and Kansas City Chiefs football.
