Laura Boyer, M.S., CCC-SLP, LSLS Cert. AVT
Laura is the Lead Therapist at Child’s Voice Chicago. Since August 2010, she has provided listening and spoken language therapy to children and their families throughout the Chicago area as well as auditory-verbal therapy to children out of the Chicago location. As an initial evaluator for speech therapy and aural rehab, Laura works with the families in our Program. She offers educational support through her involvement in the home-based Early Intervention program and center-based group Early Intervention program. Additionally, she is a Listening and Spoken Language Specialist (LSLS) mentor and frequently a supervisor to speech pathology graduate students.
Recently, Laura moved from the Lakeview neighborhood to Lincoln Square in Chicago. She regularly volunteers at the Lakeview Food Pantry and as a volunteer leader with Chicago Cares. Laura also enjoys yoga, spinning class, reading and cooking in her spare time.
