We Need Your Help! Child’s Voice FUNDrive starts Monday, April 23rd

We are excited to kick off a special FUNDrive with our School Program.  From Monday, April 23rd thru Thursday, May 3rd, Child’s Voice will be collecting clothing or other soft good items that will be donate to others less fortunate.  We thought this was the perfect way to celebrate Earth Day while teaching the kiddos the gift of helping others in need.  Our 2018 Book It Super Star read “Think of Those in Need” by the Berenstain Bears to Ms. Elsa’s class to officially launch the FUNDrive.  To see the video, please Click Here.

The following letter was sent home with the kiddos:

Dear Parents:

With the generous support of our friends and family, Child’s Voice can teach children to listen and to speak.  Each year, we try to teach the kiddos about giving back and being a good community partner.  To incorporate Earth Day into our lessons, we will partner with Savers for a clothing drive to teach the children about “Keeping it Clean, Keeping it Green” along with donating to others less fortunate.  Watch for our newsletter on Tuesday, April 24th for a special video celebrating this theme as well.

What a fun way to teach the spirit of giving and keeping our earth clean in such an easy way!  And, spring is the perfect time to clean out those drawers and closets!  I know a “few” things I will gladly donate…or get rid of!

Let’s get together and “Keep it Green”! Thank you for your support!
