From 1996 to 2016, Child’s Voice was identified as a Certified Moog Program. There were eight other Certified Moog Programs that worked together as a consortium to offer quality oral education for children with hearing loss and their families. These programs maintained a strong commitment to early intervention and worked in partnership with families so their children could develop sufficient spoken language skills to be full participants in the general education setting. Other characteristics of the Certified Moog Programs included focused, consistent-individualized instruction, combined with high expectations and high standards.
